Yang style Tai-Chi Long Form Sequence

1. Section 1 - from Sifu Daniel K. Lee, Master Hwang Chao-ling, and Master Daniel Y. Wang.
The Yang style Tai-Chi long form consists of 108 moves and is commonly known as the 108 long form. The first section is a decent representative of the basic flavor of rudimentary Tai-Chi, consisting of 18 movements done very slowly to train balance, relaxation, and body unity. The direction of the first section is based on linear footwork patterns - the steps being at 90 degree angles. Speed of the set ultimately becomes irrelevant, but the song relaxed feeling is indispensable.
